On January 23th, 2023 I had my first contact with Barclay/Watson because I wanted to buy a house in Spain (I live in the Netherlands). First I came in contact with Jess, a lovely young lady. After a video conversation with her, I immediately knew that I had found the right real estate agent. Jess put me in contact with Michael, also a very kind man who showed me the house through video.

Michael helped me tremendously and took away all my worries. That gave me enough confidence after which I bought the house and immediately made a down payment. The next step was to travel to Spain to see the house up close. That was exactly as they had told me and I was immediately sold again.

Then I got in touch with Christian, another kind man. He sorted out all the legal information and helped me step by step until I finally went to Spain on April 6 to sign the contract. Christian had already made an appointment with the notary.
Karen, Barclay's nice interpreter, took me to the notary and translated and explained all the documents. So I almost bought a house remotely within a few months thanks to Barclay.

The Barclay team took everything off my hands and guided me completely up to and including the notary. Jess, Michael, Christian and Karen you did a fantastic job for which many thanks!!

I will recommend Barclay and her team to anyone who wants to buy a house in Spain. GREAT!!
