On recently selling, we arranged an initial viewing/appraisal from Watsons whilst we were over for the week. The sales rep. Karen swiftly got proceedings under way & a potential buyer viewed the same day. Unfortunately that particular buyer backed out just as we were coming to the end of the week, which completely deflated us.
