Watson's / Barclays' service with the selling of our La Marina house was excellent.
We had problems with the obtaining of some documents, but these were down to a third party - not Watsons / Barclays. Watsons were key though in resolving the issues.
Particular thanks to Vicki for her help and support throughout. Without her proactive actions, I do not feel that we would have been able to complete the sell within the contracted timescale.

They have a Dutch-speaking real estate agent, which is very nice if you (as a Dutch person) want to buy real estate abroad. They understand the urbanization, are honest and legally they check everything for you. Top! Are you Dutch and do you want to buy something? Then knock here...even if you are not Dutch of course...
