We purchased & sold our property through Watsons. All the representatives that we met were very helpful & explained to us clearly what processes had to happen & when, indicating all costings involved.

On recently selling, we arranged an initial viewing/appraisal from Watsons whilst we were over for the week. The sales rep. Karen swiftly got proceedings under way & a potential buyer viewed the same day. Unfortunately that particular buyer backed out just as we were coming to the end of the week, which completely deflated us. However, Karen then managed to find us a buyer at the 11th hour, the day before we were due to fly home.
